Ecuador earns a set jetting goal from The Residence even though the title refers to a mansion in Washington, D.C. Still, one episode of the Netflix series takes its main character, “the world’s greatest detective” to Ecuador. Her mission? Spot a sly and elusive creature, one she repeatedly fails to find—the giant antpitta. Spoiler alert: in one of the series' funny moments, she misses the bird. But we didn't.
